The apartment is 114 m2 , has three bedrooms and open kitchen with living area and bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen and bathroom are laid with tiles. All other areas with laminate. There is a fitted kitchen with all E appliances available. The apartment has a balcony and a cellar. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for kitchen, bath, and laundry. Parking is available on the street and is easy to find a free spot. There is also a bike stand down stairs. The apartment is located in a two-family house BJ about 1900/1910, fully renovated in 1983.
All consumption costs such as heating, water and hot water are included in the warm rent. Internet and electricity are also included in the warm rent. The room to rent is one of the bedrooms. It is well lit with a big window. The room is equipped with furniture which can be bought if interested (to be discussed with current tenant, approx. 250€). Otherwise you can bring your own stuff. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Küche, Bad und Wäsche benötigen. Parken ist auf der Straße möglich und es ist leicht, einen freien Platz zu finden. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradständer vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus BJ um 1900/1910, das 1983 komplett renoviert wurde.
Alle Verbrauchskosten wie Heizung, Wasser und Warmwasser sind in der Warmmiete enthalten. Internet und Strom sind ebenfalls in der Warmmiete enthalten.

The apartment is located in a small two-family house. Primary schools and kindergarten are within walking distance. The district is well connected with 3 bus lines. The line 28 connects Harheim with the Campus Riedberg directly. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Frankfurt and Bad Homburg as well as Bad Vilbel are easy to reach by car as well as by public transport. The S-Bahn station Berkersheim can be reached on foot or by bus in a short time from there you only need 20 minutes on the S6 to the main station Frankfurt. Bad Vilbel and Bad Homburg are also very easy to reach by bike. 15 min to Bad Vilbel, 20 min to Bad Homburg.
Butchers’ shop and baker’s shop are at doorstep. The supermarket and the Erlenhof with its fresh produce and farm shop can be reached in a few minutes by car (5 minutes) or in a short time by bike, as well as the industrial park Nieder Eschbach with Ikea and the hardware stores.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Zweifamilienhaus. Grundschulen und Kindergarten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Viertel ist gut mit 3 Buslinien verbunden. Die Linie 28 verbindet Harheim direkt mit dem Campus Riedberg. Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Frankfurt und Bad Homburg sowie Bad Vilbel sind sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Die S-Bahnstation Berkersheim ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Von dort benötigen Sie nur 20 Minuten mit der S6 zum Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt. Bad Vilbel und Bad Homburg sind auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. 15 min nach Bad Vilbel, 20 min nach Bad Homburg.
Metzgerei und Bäckerei sind vor der Tür. Der Supermarkt und der Erlenhof mit seinen frischen Produkten und Hofladen sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto (5 Minuten) oder in kurzer Zeit mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, ebenso wie das Industriegebiet Nieder Eschbach mit Ikea und die Baumärkte.
We are 24 and 28 year old studying International Management and Neuroscience respectively. We enjoy cooking together, watching movies, doing yoga and sports (basketball, football, ping-pong). together. Of course one is free to have their own privacy and do as they please. We are both vegetarian and non-smoking. Its a quiet residential area so it is not a loud party-WG.

Wir sind 24 und 28 Jahre alt und studieren Internationales Management und Neurowissenschaften. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, schauen Filme, machen Yoga und Sport (Basketball, Fußball, Tischtennis) zusammen. Natürlich kann man seine Privatsphäre frei haben und tun, was man will. Wir sind sowohl Vegetarier als auch Nichtraucher. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, also keine laute Party-WG.
The location is in walking distance from Nidda river which offers nice bike and running path in the green zone of Frankfurt.
