Hi,
Franzi, Peter und Philip suchen jemanden zur Zwischenmiete ab dem 01.-31.März.
Das Zimmer ist 23 Quadratmeter groß und teilmöbliert (Schlafcouch, Tisch, Stühle)
Unsere WG löst sich zum 1.4. leider komplett auf.
Die Miete beträgt 400,28 Euro pro Monat. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 Euro müsstet ihr uns hinterlegen. Sie wird beim Auszug selbstverständlich zurückgezahlt.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 150 qm.
Gemeinsam teilen wir uns das 40qm Wohnzimmer und die gemütliche Küche: Zum Plaudern, Diskutieren, gemeinsamen Fernsehen & Biertrinken. Außerdem ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusch-Badewanne - das nutzt allerdings jeder für sich.
Ihr könnt das Flair bei den Fotos hoffentlich etwas nachspüren.
Hi, Franzi, Peter and Philip are looking for someone renting the one free room we have as sublease from 01. March till the end of March.
It has 23qm and is partly furnished (sleeping couch, table, chairs).
The rent is 400,28 Euro. A deposit of further 300 Euro would be needed. You will get it back instantly, when you are leaving.
Unser Haus steht am Nettelbeckplatz. Die Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn (S+U Wedding) ist überzeugend. Es gibt gute Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Netto, türkischer Supermarkt, Panke, Humboldthain). Eine Kneipe unten im Haus: Der Magendoktor (Altberliner Absturzkneipe). Spätkauf und Imbiss direkt um die Ecke. Der Humboldthain und Plötzensee sind gut zu erreichen - perfekt zum Joggen, Schwimmen oder Grillen.
