Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für das schönste Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang mit kleinem Bad und eigenen Türen.
Die WG ist insgesamt 90qm groß mit Balkon und gut ausgestattete Küche.
Wir sind beide berufstätig (Bauingeneur und Management Trainee).
Im Preis ist auch das wöchentliche Reinigen der Gemeinschaftsräume sowie der einzelnen Zimmer eingeschlossen.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es ist sehr ruhig,man kann problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen,trotz Nähe zum Flughafen und Autobahn. Die Autobahnauffahrt nach FFM und Darmstadt oder Mainz ist direkt um die Ecke. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ausreichend verfügbar.
Von der Wohnung aus ist es nur ein Katzensprung ins Grüne.
Noch ein paar Infos zu uns:
Wir kochen oft zusammen und ziehen auch mal am Wochenende los. Abends etwas zusammen zu unternehmen ist kein Muss, Hauptsache die Sympathie stimmt.
Unter der Woche ist es bei uns meistens sehr ruhig und wir arbeiten bis in den frühen Abend. Also keine Verpflichtungen.
Haustiere sind leider von unserem Vermieter nicht erlaubt.
Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist natürlich ok.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschinene, Thermomix und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Das Bad ist frisch renoviert und mit Regendusche ausgestattet. Wir haben ein separates Wäschezimmer, in dem die Wäsche zum trocknen aufgehängt werden kann. Im Keller haben wir außerdem Zugang zu einem Trockenraum.
