Hallo zusammen,
ich bin Benedikt und lebe seit 2003 in Berlin in WGs und bin wieder auf der Suche nach einer/m langfristigen Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen: Alle Zimmer haben direkten Blick auf den Arkonaplatz und es gibt einen sonnigen, grünen und ruhigen Südbalkon (siehe Foto).
Die Miete beinhaltet Internet (500Mbit Kabel), GEZ, Putzhilfe, Sonos-Soundsystem, Alexa, voll eingerichtete Küche und Badezimmer (wird diesen Sommer renoviert) sowie einen Staubsauger-Roboter.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, du kannst es gerne andersfarbig streichen, Anmeldung ist möglich.
Ein herzliches und ehrliches Miteinander ist mir sehr wichtig - auch wenn ich oft gar nicht viel Zeit mit meinen Mitbewohnern verbringe. Ich möchte mich jedoch gerne in der Zeit, in der wir uns sehen, freundschaftlich und emotional verbunden fühlen.
Ein paar Worte über mich:
Ich bin 40, schwul, war 13 Jahre lang hauptberuflich Kabarettist und bin seit 2019 Trauma-Therapeut & Ehrlichkeits-Coach und arbeite von Zuhause aus.
In der Wohnung ist es tendenziell ruhig, ich meditiere, bei mir läuft selten Musik und ich schlafe auch am Wochenende gegen 23h.
Ab und an spiele ich Klavier (vor allem Chopin und Beethoven) auf meinem E-Piano, wo sich die Lautstärke regeln lässt (Kopfhörer ist auch möglich).
Ich freue mich, wenn du Interessen hast in den Gebieten Meditation, Spiritualität, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, klassische Musik - das ist aber kein Muss. Außerdem wünsche ich mir, dass du nicht von zu Hause aus arbeitest, da ich das schon tue.
Es wäre super, wenn du mir etwas über dich schreiben könntest und mir deine Handynr. und ein Foto von dir schickst. Ich würde im ersten Schritt gerne einen Videocall mit dir machen, damit wir beide schauen können, wie sich die Chemie anfühlt.

Hello there!
My name is Benedikt and I live in Berlin in WGs since 2003. Currently I am searching for my next long-term flatmate.
The apartment is very beautiful: All rooms reach out directly on Arkonaplatz and the highlight is our sunny, green and quiet southbound balcony (pictures attached).
The rent includes internet (500Mbit cable), GEZ, cleaning lady, Sonos sound system, Alexa, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (will be renovated this summer) and an automatic vacuum cleaner robot.
The room is unfurnished, you are free to repaint the room in the color you want and Anmeldung is possible.
A heartful, honest connection is very important to me - even though I sometimes don't spend a lot of time with my flatmates. I'd like to feel comfortable and emotionally connected when we meet even if we don't do activities together.
A few words about me:
I am 40, gay, and I used to work as a music comedian for 13 years until I became a trauma-therapist and honesty-coach in 2019. I work from home, it's usually a calm place, I meditate, don't listen to music often and go to bed around 11pm (also on the weekends).
I play piano from time to time (Chopin and Beethoven) on my e-piano which has adjustable volume and can be played via headphones, too.
I'm happy if you have interests in the fields of meditation, spirituality, personal development, classical music - but none of this is obligatory. I would want you to not work from home as I already do that.
