Da ich mich neu umorientieren möchte nach langer Zeit in meiner Wohnung, suche ich einen Tauschpartner.
Gerne etwas grösseres oder gleichwertiges. Ein Muss ist aber das der Preis relativ günstig ist, da meine Wohnung sehr günstig und ohne irgendwelche Auflagen zu beziehen ist. Daher erwarte ich eine ähnliche Miete.
Ich habe die Wohnung mit viel Liebe saniert, Boden neu, Badezimmer, Wände etc., es ist sehr hell und recht leise. Nette Nachbarn. Ich muss nicht ausziehen, suche ohne Druck, möchte aber langsam mal wieder etwas Abwechslung haben. Grösse ist egal, alles ab 35qm klingt gut, da ich viel unterwegs bin.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Kreuzberg direkt bei der Markthalle 9 zwischen Kottbuser Tor und Schlesisches Tor.
