Overview: After a year and a half, I finally got the room from the studentwerk, therefore I need to sublet my current room in SLC. If you are a student in TUM, transportation for you is very convenient. In fact, most of your neighbors are students from TUM.
Surroundings: Literally below your room, there are supermarkets REWE and lidi, only 1 min by foot.
About the room: the room has all the facilities u need. Within your room, u have a bathroom, a kitchen, a bed, and a table. There is also a small balcony. The kitchen has a microwave, if you want to use the oven, there is a public one on the same floor.
There is a small gym on the third floor. For sports lovers, there is an open tennis court, free to use.
Washing machine and drying machine are underground.
Contract issues: you can directly sign the contract with the company, therefore they will provide u with the contract used for anmeldung.

Some more information about the contract: your contract with the company will be from 4.1 to 2020.9.31. If u want to leave before that date, u will need to find the next person to take care of the room.

Location: The room is on the second floor of the building. GLC is nicely located, only 3 mins from the bus station. There are bus 292,230,290. It is only 5 mins from the campus and 10 mins by foot to the U6 Garching U-Bahn station.
When you move out, the company will do the checkout with you.
