Hallo :) Ich vermiete für zwei Monate mein WG Zimmer unter (01.06 - 01.08). Es handelt sich um ein wunderschön, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer in einer netten 3er WG in Laim. Es ist vollmöbliert, und ganz neu eingerichtet. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Sandra, einer Medizinstudentin, und Theresa, berufstätige Musikjournalistin. Beide sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Menschen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden - inkl. Spülmaschine. Die Anbindung ist 1a. Du kommst fußläufig in 5min zur Sbahn Laim (Stammstrecke) und von dort aus in 10min zum Hbf. Ansonsten gibt es auch eine gute (Nacht-)Tram-, Bus- und U-Bahnanbindung (Laimer Platz). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Parks zum Joggen o.ä. sind um die Ecke (Nymphenburger Park, Hirschgarten). Ich werde zur Sicherheit eine Kaution von 800€ verlangen.
Hi :) I rent my full-furnished room for two month (01.06 - 01.08.). It´s a beautiful light-flooded room in a nice shared flat. The tenants are Sandra, a medicine-student, and Theresa, a music journalist. Both are nice and open-minded people. In the kitchen you have everything you can wish for, dish-washer inclusive. The connection to the center is ideal. In 5min by foot you are at the train station "Laim", where you can take all trains (10min to central station). Moreover there are Nightlines/Bus/Tram and Metro close. Also shopping possibilities and nice parks are around the corner (Nymphenburger Park, Hirschgarten). I will charge a deposit of 800€.
