Wegen eines Mitbewohnerwechsels haben wir für den Monat Juli 2 Zimmer (eins davon ein Durchgangszimmer, daher nur zusammen vermietet) frei.
Grundsätzlich sind die beiden Zimmer gerade leer. Bei Bedarf können wir eine Grundausstattung (Schlafsofa, Sessel, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank usw.) organisieren. Das kleinere, hintere Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und das größere Durchgangszimmer 23 qm. Es hat außerdem einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon und zum Garten. Dir steht außerdem die Mitbenutzung einer vollausgestatteten Küche zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer liegen beide Richtung Innenhof und sind dementsprechend sehr ruhig.
Due to a change of flatmate we have 2 rooms free for the month of July (one of them a through room, therefore only rented together).
Basically both rooms are empty at the moment. If required, we can organise basic equipment (sofa bed, armchair, bedside table, closet, etc.). The smaller, rear room is 12 sqm and the larger passage room 23 sqm. It also has direct access to the balcony and garden. You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are both facing the courtyard and are therefore very quiet.
Beste Lage in der Südstadt von Hannover. Die Bahnlinien 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11 sind fußläufig innerhalb von 8 min erreichbar und der Bus 121 ist innerhalb 1 min erreichbar und fährt bis zum HBF. Die MHH, die TiHo und die Leibniz Uni sind sehr gut zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mehr als genug vorhanden und super erreichbar (Rewe, Lidl, EDEKA, DM, Alnatura, Penny, Netto...). Der Maschsee ist ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt und der Stadtwald Eilenriede 10 min.
Bars, Restaurants und Kneipen sind ebenfalls im direkten Umfeld.
Best location in the southern part of Hannover. The tram lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11 can be reached on foot within 8 minutes and the bus 121 can be reached within 1 minute and runs to the main station. The MHH, TiHo and Leibniz Uni are very easy to reach.
Shopping facilities are more than enough available and easily accessible (Rewe, Lidl, EDEKA, DM, Alnatura, Penny, Netto...). The Maschsee is about 15 minutes walk away and the Stadtwald Eilenriede 10 minutes.
Bars, restaurants and pubs are also within walking distance.
Wir sind Nadine (30, berufstätig), und Lisa (23, Studentin). Wir sind auf der Suche nach eine*r/m Zwischenmieter*in für den Monat Juli. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und auch für das ein oder andere abendliche Getränk oder gemeinsames Kochen zu begeistern. Eine Menge WG-Erfahrung haben wir auch und sind grundsätzlich sehr entspannt und umgänglich.
We are Nadine (30, working), and Lisa (23, student). We are looking for an intermediate tenant for the month of July. We are not a purpose-built flat-sharing community and we also like to have a drink or to cook together in the evening. We also have a lot of WG experience and are basically very relaxed and sociable.
Da wir ab August eine neue Mitbewohnerin haben, sind die Zimmer nur im Juli frei. Theoretisch ist ein früherer Einzug (ab sofort!) für den gleichen Preis (400 € warm) möglich.
Since we have a new roommate from August, the rooms are only free in July. Theoretically it is possible to move in earlier (from now on!) for the same price (400 € warm).
