Ich vermiete mein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer (20 m²) in einer sehr netten WG in St. Georg für den Zeitraum vom 05. Juli bis Ende August. Das Einzugsdatum sollten wir dann genau besprechen. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und in der Wohnung wohnen zwei weitere nette Menschen (Justus, 26 und Lena, 26).
Die Wohnung ist Altbau, etwas runtergerockt, aber charmant und vor allem groß (ca. 120 m²). Es gibt eine große Küche, 1 Bad und 1 Gäste-WC, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden sowie Festnetz-Telefon und Internet. Wir haben einen schönen großen Balkon zum (ruhigen) Hinterhof (rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt).
Kosten: Die Miete beträgt 400€ pro Monat darin sind alle Kosten enthalten (Betriebskosten, Strom, Wasser, Gas, Telefon, Internet). Die Kaution beträgt ebenfalls 400€
Die Lage ist super zentral, mitten in St. Georg, nur ca. 200 Meter zum Hauptbahnhof, daher auch ideal zum Pendeln.
Alles in allem sind wir eher entspannt und ruhig unterwegs – da unsere Wohnung recht hellhörig ist, wäre ein Mitbewohner schön, dem Rücksicht genauso wichtig ist wie uns. Ein gutes Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist auch wichtig.
