Servus zusammen,
Da ich gerade aus meiner Wohnung ausziehe der Mietvertrag aber noch läuft, vermiete ich hier meine 1 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung ab dem 08. Juli bis zum 31. August. Die Wohnung ist für eine Person gedacht und hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Tisch, Stühle, Küchenschränke, großer Kleiderschrank Bett + Matratze..) und auch Kochsachen sind vorhanden.
Du musst ein Student sein um die Wohnung mieten zu können, egal von welcher Universität. Schreib mir also bitte nicht wenn du keine Studentenbescheinigung hast :)

I am moving out and would like to sublet my one-room student apartment from July 8th till August 31st.
It's a 1 1/2 - room apartment for one person: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
It was provided for me with its own furniture (table with chairs, bed with mattress, large wardrobe) and I will leave some as well (maybe I will leave some plates and kitchen stuff as well, but not enough for cooking-masterclass).
To rent it you should be a student with valid confirmation of your student status. Please don't write to me if you don't have it.

Zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung
1. Studentenstadt - Mit dem Bus der vor der Haustüre abfährt zu erreichen (5-10 min Fahrt)
2. Freiman - 10-15 min zu Fuß
Für Lebensmittel gibt es einen Aldi (5 min zu Fuß)
Der Englische Garten beginnt ganz in der Nähe (ca 10 min mit dem Fahrrad)

1. Studentenstadt - you get there by regular bus (5-10 mins drive)
2. Freiman - 10-15 mins walking
The nearest shop for groceries - Aldi (5 mins walking).
English Garden is reachable within 10 mins by bike.
