kleines Zimmer in 7er WG in Spandau Neustadt, 3 Minuten zum Bus, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Spandau mit U-Bahn und allen anderen Bahnverbindungen. Gemeinsame Küche, 2 Bäder (einmal Duschbad, einmal mit Wanne), Waschmaschine, W-Lan. Kein Telefon und kein Fernseher, dies bleibt der Eigeninitiative vorbehalten. Die Mindestmietdauer ist 1 Jahr, ansonsten auf unbestimmte Zeit mit einer dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist nach Ablauf des Jahres.
Das Haus liegt ruhig in der Spandauer Neustadt, genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Spandauer Altstadt liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nach Berlin Innenstadt benötigt man um die 30 Minuten je nach Verkehrsmittel. In unserem Kiez findet man am Ende alles, auch mal den einen oder anderen ungewöhnlicheren Laden.
Wir haben hier 7 Zimmer und eine gemeinsame Küche. Hier bietet sich Gelegenheit, sich kennenzulernen. Im Souterrain ist noch ein Büro, das auch die Küche mitbenutzt.
Zur Zeit wohnen hier Leute aus aller Herren Länder.
In Neustadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zum schönen Spandauer Forst, zur Altstadt. Sportvereine, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants.
