In einem ruhigen Hinterhaus direkt am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss (mit Aufzug) eine moderne 6er WG. Die einzelnen Zimmer, sowie die Gemeinschaftsbereiche der Wohngemeinschaft sind komplett möbliert.
Die Zimmer sind mit einem Boxspringbett, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, sowie einem Flachbild Fernseher ausgestattet und verfügen über einen eigenen WLAN Router. Einige der Zimmer können auch durch 2 Personen angemietet werden.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für alle Bewohner stehen die neue Einbauküche und der neue Sanitärbereich mit 2 Duschkabinen und 2 WCs, sowie 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner zur Verfügung.
Austattung der Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Spüle, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und div. Ober- und Unterschränken. Die Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien ist vorhanden. Auch eine gemeinsame Sitzmöglichkeit für die Mitbewohner ist vorhanden.
Die Etage wird in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen durch den Vermieter wiederkehrend gereinigt.
The 6 room shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of a rear building close to Frankfurt central station. There is an elevator in the building. The common areas are fully furnished.
Each room is equipped with a bed incl. bedding and linen, wardrobe, TV, desk with chair and its own WIFI router. Some rooms can be rented by 2 people.
For common use for all residents are the built-in kitchen and the new sanitary area with 2 shower cubicles and 2 toilets. A washing machine and a dryer are available as well.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances (e.g. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and oven), the basic equipment of dishes and cooking utensils.
The floor is cleaned in the common areas by the landlord on a recurring basis.

Die Taunusstraße befindet sich mitten in Frankfurts Szeneviertel rund um den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Das Bahnhofsviertel liegt zentral zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, sowie Clubs (Rotlichtviertel).
