Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/m neuen Mitbewohner*in für meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten vom Schloßpark und 12 Minuten fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Flur und einem Badezimmer. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss, was heißt, dass man direkten Zugang zum Hinterhof hat. Das schöne, helle, grosse Wohnzimmer ist 21 qm, das Bad 4 qm und die Küche 7qm groß. Dein Zimmer wäre etwa 13qm. Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Internetanschluss und eine voll ausgestattene Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Wenn du Interesse an deinen Mitbewohnern hast, es sauber magst und gerne ab und zu mal was zusammen kochst und einen Tee/Kaffe zusammen trinkst, freue ich mich über deine Bewerbung. Die Wohnung liegt im Kernerviertel. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 Minuten zum Schloßgarten, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Haltestelle Neckartor, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Haltestelle Staatsgalerie.
Ich bin berufstätig und bin oft abends unterwegs. Falls du gesellig bist und dir die Menschen in deiner Umgebung nicht egal sind, bin ich gespannt auf unser Kennenlernen. Eine Zweckgemeinschaft, in der man nur Hallo und Tschüß zueinander sagt, ist nicht erwünscht.
