Hallo,
ich vermiete in meinem Haus eine 37qm große Dachgeschoss-Wohnung. Wir sind eine junge Familie, ich denke unkompliziert und freuen uns über eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin. Das DG-Apartment ist teilweise wie auf den Fotos zu sehen möbiliert, verfügt über eine Einbauküche, und ein separates Bad. Das Haus verfügt über eine große Dachterrasse die natürlich mitbenützt werden kann.
Bitte nehmt es uns nicht übel, aber wir suchen ausschließlich eine Mitbewohnerin, das hat sich so bewährt, wir wollen damit keine Männer diskriminieren ;-)
Die Wohnung ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, wenns passt ändert sich der Mietvertrag automatisch auf eine unbefristete Laufzeit.
Für einen Besichtigungstermin kannst Du dich gerne bei mir, unter der ----/------- melden.

Das Haus befindet sich zentral in Freising Neustift, in der Altenhauser Straße. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad 15 Minuten, zum Bahnhof 10 Minuten, und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung zum Bahnhof bzw. Flughafen 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Fahrzeit mit dem Bus zum Flughafen beträgt 15 Minuten.
