Die Wohnung ist 30qm groß, davon haben wir 23qm die Wohnraum und 7qm die Flur und Bad. Der Nebenkosten gilt für Wasser, Müll, sauber die ganze Wohnung und *Strom für ganze Wohnung auch* . Die eigene Strom soll persönlich mit Stadtwert machen, ich bezahle persönlich davon 35 euro/Monate. Es gibt Keller, und ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. wie gesagt ich bezahle insgesamt 435euro/Monate. - 285 : Miete

Die Wohnung befindet sich genauso in Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße 19, der Bus 5 Richtung Bahnhof fährt zwei mal der Stunde, Zb: um 10:27 und 10:57.
Andere Möglichkeiten ist der Bus 8(direkt auch nach Bahnhof) und 17.
Es gibt ein Bewornerparkplazt, wenn Sie Auto haben.
In der nähe befindet ein Shop Tegut. Danke
Ich verkaufe alles Möbel, wäre besser für mich, wenn die neu Mietwohner*in, die Möbel nehmen.
