Wir suchen für Januar bis Ende März 2020 noch eine Zwischenmieter*in für unsere große 8 Personen-WG in Neukölln an der U8 Schönleinstraße. Deine Mitbewohnis sind ganz unterschiedlich. Hauptsächlich sind wir zwischen 21 und 30, eine von uns ist 70. Wir studieren, arbeiten, reisen und genießen Neukölln.
Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Fabrikgebäude. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Genug Badezimmer für einen stressfreien Morgen sind auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 18 qm groß (Vorzimmer und Zimmer) und kostet insgesamt 450 Euro. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Für alle, die die Lage nicht einschätzen können: die Umgebung bietet das Maybachufer, an dem man sehr nett hängen und zwei Mal die Woche auf dem Markt Obst besorgen kann. Bars und Restaurants sind nicht weit. Trotzdem ist es bei uns sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung im Hinterhof liegt.

Hi, For January until the end of march we are currently looking for a flatmate who would like to join out 8-person-flatshare at the U8 Schönleinstraße. Your prospective flatmates are a pretty mixed bunch. We're between 21 and 30 years old; one of us is 70. We study, work, travel and are enjoying Neukölln. The flat is located in an old factory building. We have a large, open living room with an open kitchen. There are also plenty of bathrooms for a stress-free morning routine. The room size is approx. 18 square meters and costs 450 euros. There's some furniture available. (a bed, a shelf, etc.) For those who don't know the neighbourhood: The Maybachufer is right next to the flat, there's a great market twice a week (you can buy fruit, veg and other food there). There's also loads of bars and restaurants nearby. But the flat is still pretty quiet, since its situated behind a yard away from the street (2ter Hinterhof).
