Die Wohnung liegt am 3. Stock mit Lift. Sie kostet 400€ pro Monat (alles inklusiv).

The flat is about 58 m^2.
There are:
-kitchen/living room renovated in 2015 (fridge, stove, oven, microwave);
-bathroom (shower, mirror cabinet, sink);
-WC;
-storage room;
-entrance;
-2 bedrooms (the free one is furnished, 18 m^2, with two windows, very bright and with a wonderful view on Alter Platz). In the room, you can find a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a commode, and a bed.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift. It costs 400€ per month (all-inclusive).

Ich studiere Anglistik an der Uni Klagenfurt.

I'm studying English at the University of Klagenfurt.
I'd like to have a wonderful and clean atmosphere in the apartment. The flatshare life can both space for common time, eg chat or cook, but also enough privacy and peace.
