Hello,
My name is Ben. I am going away for 1 month over Xmas and want to rent out my room while I am away. The rent is 370 and includes everything. I would ask for a small bond (kaution) as well which you would get back afterwards (just to avoid theft or damages etc).
The end dates are also slightly flexible if you need an extra day on either side, just let me know.
The details of the room are:
- Large sunny room (approximately 18 meters) with large windows, especially good for afternoon light.
- Furnished with a bed / mattress, TV (for connecting to devices, has a HDMI cable), small set of drawers, shelves, small sofa and a table and chair. (everything you can see in the picture basically). I can give you sheets and blankets as well if needed.
- Big flat with two bathrooms and a lounge room, plenty of space. Everything you might need basically.
The flat is right by the U2 line station Vinetastrasse (1 min walk). Schönhauser Allee is only one stop away and takes ten minutes to get to Alexanderplatz..
The flat is shared with three others. Romina (Chile), Mathias (German), Sahar (Egypt). The WG is generally a somewhat practical WG but everybody gets along well and is very friendly. Everybody other than me speaks German (mine is not amazing but functional), so no stress if your English is not that great.
