Mein Name ist Anna, bin 33Jahre alt und berufstätig. Wünsche mir ein gemütliches Zusammenleben, aber immer mit der Möglichkeit sich zurückziehen zu können. Mir ist eine offene Kommunikation wichtig und ich stehe gar nicht auf Zickenkrieg.
Die Wohnung ist nicht pingelig rein, aber sauber. Würde es als bewohnt beschreiben.
Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank, Regale, eine 2er Couch und ein Spiegelanrichte ( wie auf den Bildern)
Die Wohnung ist 75qm groß. Von meinem Zimmer geht ein Balkon ab, auf dem geraucht werden darf. Den können wir gern zusammen nutzen.
Super Lage. Keine 10min zu Fuß ins Viertel, in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe vom Kennedy Platz bei den Wallanlagen.
Die Miete beträgt 400Euro all in.
Da ist alles mit drin. Strom, Heizung, Internet, GEZ...
