Small Studio Apartment in a central location for a short-term (Apr. - Jun.)

I sublease my small studio apartment for a SHORT PERIOD (from April until the end of June), the start day is flexible.
The studio can accommodate only one person (it is basically one room with both kitchen and bedroom inside).
Location: very central, only 2 minutes away from the Westend station. The studio is on the 2nd floor. Rewe is 2 minutes away.
Condition: fully furnished with household equipment and bedding (see photos), shower and toilet rooms are in the hall and shared with other 3 rooms, however, there is a weekly cleaning service and other residents are not permanently present. A washing machine is located in the basement of the same building, it is a coin-operated machine.
Neighbours: mostly professionals and some students
Price: 540 euros a month (this pice includes monthly rent, all utilities, internet, radio, and cleaning service of the shower and toilet rooms), no extra cost.
Deposit: 550 euros.
