We designed a place for a new environment created for students, young professionals/interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Südstadt, specially made for you.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
the apartment was completely renovated and is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building, (without elevator) typical of Südstadt.
The apartment of 120sqm has:
Four double rooms fully furnished (1 to 4, area from 11 to 21 sqm)

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side table, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating.
This price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm / cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax) , flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), maintains and repairs of the property.
Cleaning and breakfast is not included.
