Location is right next to U7 Neukolln station entrance. Neukolln ring bahn station is just a block away. Also very close to many grocery stores such as Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi..
Looking for short term tenent(1 month)who is very clean, quiet, yet is social, likes to chat, and can separate garbage correctly.. X D Unfortunately I can only offer 1 month because the room is rented from June so there is not possibility of an extension. I am a professional video game designer from America who has been living in Berlin just over 5 years now. Right now work from home and go to the office 2 days a week.
I am a pretty social person and like the flat to be a very social place. Recently I have been hosting many small gatherings in the flat so I hope the guest will enjoy meeting other nice people. Someone who is new to the city is probably a better fit. May is almost here! One last try!
