Hi there!
I am subletting my room in our laid back WG for 3 months! It's 12 sq meters, with lots of afternoon sunlight, and a view on trees. It is very cosy and fully furnished with a double bed (foldable one in case you needed more space), closet, a small bookcase, desk, chair and armchair. So all the essentials basically ;)
The apartment is located in Koloniestrasse, around 5-10 mins walk (depending on how fast you walk :P) between U8 Pankstrasse and M27 bus, 5 minutes from U9/U8 Osloerstrasse. Two minutes away from tram M13. Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland and turkish markets within 10 minutes walking distance, many döner and kebab shops in the area (most of them are still open, serving to go food).
You'll be sharing the apartment with 3 other people: Leila (23, France), Adlan (21, France) and Daniel (25, Columbia). Leila studies business and works part-time for a real estate company, Adlan is doing his semester in social and political science and Daniel works remotely for a Colombian Company. They are super friendly and chill, like cooking and hanging out or having drinks together.
The flat is quite big, has 2 floors, 2 toilets, one bathroom and one kitchen though. Of course it is equipped with stuff like washing machine, dishwasher, it has internet etc :)
There's also a balcony and a direct access to the rooftop.
