Diese WG ist ideal für Student*innen und junge Berufstätige. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank usw. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche (ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten, Geschirr, Kochutensilien, usw.), 2 Badezimmer (ein großes: zwei Duschen, 2 Waschbecken und 2 Toiletten. Ein kleines Bad: 1 Toilette, 1 Dusche und 1 Waschbecken) und Wohnzimmer (mit TV) mit anschließendem Balkon. Das Gebäude wurde vor ein einhalb Jahren komplett renoviert, weshalb alles sehr modern und schön ist. Auch sind 4 Waschmaschinen und 4 Wäschetrocknern, ein kleines Fitnessstudio mit TV, ein Partykeller/Lounge mit TV, ein Abstellraum, sowie 2 Sitzungsräume im Keller. Jedes Wochenende kommt jemand zum Bad putzen vorbei.

This shared flat is ideal for students and young professionals in Gießen. The room is completely furnished with bed, desk and wardrobe, and the apartment is fully-equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen (equipped with appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.), 2 bathrooms, and living room (with TV) are shared by the 11 people living on this floor. The building was renovated one and a half years ago, so everything is very modern and nice. Included in the rent is access to the washing machines, small fitness studio, lounge, and study room and printer in the basement. All utilities (heat, electricity, wifi, TV, etc.) are already included in the price listed here.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral und praktisch. Die JLU, die THM und die Stadtmitte Gießen sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, und das Rathaus und der Berliner Platz liegen direkt gegenüber. Die Berliner Platz Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Somit sind jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino und Restaurants unmittelbar um die Ecke. Auch ist die Ausgehstraße - die Ludi - mit dem UHG (Unihauptgebäude, täglicher Treffpunkt von jungen Leuten zum chillen), direkt an den Ludwigsplatz angrenzend.
The apartment's location is very central and practical. The Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and the city center of Gießen are all within walking distance, and the city hall and Berliner Platz are just across the street. The Berliner Platz bus stop is likewise just 2 minutes away by foot.
Das WG Leben ist super entspannt und angenehm, aufgrund der verschiedenen Tagesabläufe bekommt man nur sehr selten mit, dass es eine 11er WG ist. Schön ist auch die Diversität aller Mitbewohner, falls du ein Buddy zum sporteln brauchst, kein Problem, von Schwimmen, über Krafttraining und Joggen bis hin zum Klettern und mehr, sind die verschiedensten Sportarten vertreten. Auch interessante Gespräche stehen häufig an und jeder ist frei daran teilzunehmen oder sich zurückzuziehen. Da die WG direkt an der Ludi ist, ist feiern gehen auch super easy und angenehm und der Partykeller bietet sich dafür auch gut an.
It is a relatively quiet, relaxed place to live. The group will sometimes plan celebrations together or hold parties together in the basement, but residents have the option of engaging or not engaging with the group as much as they like. Everyone living here is either a student or a young professional between the ages of around 20 and 30, and we are looking for a flat-mate of a similar description.
