Das Studio ist mobiliert und hat seine eigene Küche und sein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Das Fizz hat auch eine gemeinsame Küche und viele Räume, um entweder studieren oder gemeinsam Spaß zu haben (Babyfoot, PS4...). Es gibt Waschmaschinen, Trockners, Fahrradgarage, Parking, Lift. Es ist ab den 1. Juli verfügbar für mindestens 6 Monate (oder mehr, wenn Du möchtest) für 525€ pro Monat (Gesamtmiete).

My studio at Fizz Bremen is waiting for a new tenant. Fizz is a 2 minute walk from the university! There is also Aldi nearby (also 2 minutes walk). The flat is furnished and has its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The Fizz also has a shared kitchen and many rooms to either study or have fun together (Babyfoot, PS4...). There are washing machines, dryers, bicycle garage, parking, lift. It is available from July 1st for a minimum of 6 months (or more if you wish) for 525€ per month (total rent).
