Wunderschoenes grosses Zimmer mit Dielenboden und Stuck in Ostausrichtung im Schillerkiez. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein mit einer gemuetlichen Kueche und komplett renoviertem Bad. Die Wohnung hat zudem einen kleinen Ostbalkon in dem Zimmer meines Mitbewohners.

Large room (22 m2) for rent beginning June 1 for a 1-3 month sublet, potential for longer. The altbau apartment was renovated shortly before we moved in 1.5 years ago. The original hardwood floors were refinished and the ceiling moldings retouched while the bathroom & kitchen walls were re-tiled and floors updated with blue slate. We built the kitchen ourselves and it includes a large refrigerator and very large stainless steel sink. There's a small balcony off my roommate's room that's been planted with herbs & flowers.
Located on the fourth floor (with elevator) and facing east, the apartment is very sunny all morning and bright throughout the day with the light reflecting off the opposite altbau building in the afternoon.
Sehr exquisite Lage im Schillerkiez. Zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und U8 im Herzen von Neukoelln. Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig, aber direkt ums Eck gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Die U-Bahn Station Leinestr ist einen Katzenwurf entfernt.

It's a short walk from Tempelhofer Feld and the neighborhood is lively - full of charming restaurants, bars & shops. Weisestrasse is quiet, however, and there are no restaurants on our block so it's not noisy. The building itself is quiet as well and the neighbors friendly.
Die Wohnung ist eine Zweier WG. Der zweite Mitbewohner: Schweizer, Fussballer, PhD Kandidat. Am besten du lernst in selber kennen, Respektvoller Umgang ist sehr wichtig, deswegen komm auf vorbei um dir das Zimmer anzuschauen und und die Chemie zu ueberpruefen. Theoretisch kann das Zimmer auch dauerhaft uebernommen werden, da ich ausziehe. Allerdings ist noch nicht komplett klar ob die Wohnung uebernommen wird.

My roommate is 31 and from Switzerland, speaks German & English. He has been living in Berlin for several years and is currently finishing off a PhD thesis. He's active and social, often spending time out playing soccer and meeting friends. At home he is quiet and respectful.
