With us in the WG becomes from 30.04.25
about 10sqm, very bright and friendly, lovingly furnished room free.
It has a bed 90x200m, side table, blankets as well as pillows, a wardrobe, large mirror, a desk and the window overlooks our garden.
Bedding and towels are available and the room has been lovingly renovated a year ago.
.The apartment has about 54sqm, 3 rooms, a large fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave..And is of course equipped with everything you need..from pots to pans of glasses, cutlery and dishes, you can of course use everything.
We have an approximately 1000sqm large community garden that can also be used to grill with friends or chill.
I don't want to pay a deposit because I'm going out and so please, that's being handled properly with the existing stuff!!!
Bei uns in der WG wird ab dem 30.04.25
ein ca 10qm, sehr helles und freundliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer frei.
Es verfügt über ein Bett 90x200m, Beistelltisch, Bettdecken sowie Kissen, einen Kleiderschrank, grossen spiegel, einen Schreitisch und das Fenster mit sicht zu unserem Garten.
Stelle euch selbstverständlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung und das Zimmer wurde liebevoll vor einem Jahr renoviert.
.Die Wohnung hat ca. 54qm, 3 Zimmer, eine grosse Einbau- Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle..und ist selbstverständlich mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet..von Töpfen bis Pfannen von Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr, ihr könnt selbstverständlich alles mit benutzen.
Wir haben einen ca 1000qm grossen Gemeinschaftgarten der ebenfalls steht’s gerne benutzt werden kann ob zum grillen mit Freunden oder zum chillen.
Abstanszahlung möchte ich keinen, da ich von ausgehe und darum bitte, das ordentlich mit den vorhandenen Sachen umgegangen wird!!!
The apartment is 15-20min from Hamburg University and 5 minutes from the Kampnagel Factory. Where many events and concerts take place.
In about 10 minutes walk you reach the city pact as well as in 10min the Alster.
Above the street you have an aldi and the supermarket markant. At the Mühlenkamp also a penny, several bakers, restaurants and bars.
In front of the door the Haspa and one of the Martian houses.
Bus 171, 172 and 17 are available in 1min walking distance, number 6 and 25 in 5 minutes and Metro Borgweg and S-Bahn Barmbek in about 10 minutes walking distance.
In addition, you can send 2x a week through the weekly market. Winterhude is not only characterized by the central location, among other things, in 15min in the city, through the Alster and the city pact..But you have many sweet cafes, bars, clubs in front of the front door and the inhabitants here are friendly and well-launted.
Die Wohnung ist 15-20min von der Uni Hamburg und 5 Minuten entfernt zur Kampnagel Fabrik. Wo viele Events wie auch Konzerte stattfinden.
In ca 10 min Fußweg erreichst du den Stadtpakt sowie in 10min die Alster.
Über der Straße hast du ein Aldi und den Supermarkt Markant. Am Mühlenkamp ebenfalls einen Penny, mehrere Bäcker, Restaurants und Bars.
Vor der Tür die Haspa und eins der Ärtzehäuser.
Den Bus 171, 172 und 17 hast du in 1min Fussweg ereicht, Nummer 6 und 25 erreichst du in 5 Minuten und die U-Bahn Borgweg sowie S-Bahn Barmbek in ca 10 Minuten Fussweg.
Dazu kommt das du 2x die Woche durch den Wochenmarkt schlendern kannst. Winterhude zeichnet sich nicht nur durch die zentrale Lage aus unter anderem bist in 15min in der Stadt, durch die Alster und den Stadtpakt..sondern du hast viele süße Cafés, Bars, Clubs vor der Haustür und die Einwohner sind hier steht’s freundlich und gut gelaunt.

My sub-leathers are “DIE BESTEN” and I wish you a great sign/in for our Marta, 23 years from Spain/Portugal, who has moved to us on 03.01.25 from Barcelona and Maria from Mexico 41 years and Ignacio 31, from Chile who has moved to us since March 24, but because of a new job offer, unfortunately HH wants to leave.
In our WG we pay attention to cleanliness we have a weekly cleaning plan.
Just as our roommates have to be animal love, as if I'm in HH, we have a WG kitten, small Bijou from Lisbon.
Ich bin in HH aufgewachsen, in Lissabon/Portugal geboren, wo ich zur Zeit arbeite und lebe.
Meine Untermieter sind „DIE BESTEN“ und ich wünsche mir ein/e tolle/n Nachmiter/in für unsere Marta, 23Jahre aus Spanien/Portugal die am 03.01.25 aus Barcelona zu uns eingezogen ist und Maria aus Mexico 41Jahre und Ignacio 31, aus Chile der seit März 24 zu uns gezogen ist aber wegen einem neuen Jobangebot, leider HH verlassen möchte.
In unserer WG wird penibel auf Sauberkeit geachtet wir haben einen Wöchentlich Putzplan.
Sowie das unsere Mitbewohner/inen Tierlieb sein müssen, da wenn ich dann mal in HH bin, wir ein WG Kätzchen haben, klein Bijou aus Lissabon.
Wish us of course dear, warm, friendly and tidy roommates who pay their rent on time.
cleanliness is very important to us, also that is adhered to the weekly cleaning plan and
that is respectful and lovingly handled with the objects and furniture provided to you.
