Das Zimmer ist schön hell und geht nach hinten ins Grüne raus. Man sollte also Vogelgezwitscher bei offenem Fenster mögen :)
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet. Nach Absprache kann ich es aber auch möbilieren.
Die Garderobenstange und das Regalbrett an der Wand können aber definitiv drin bleiben.
Berlin Plänterwald ist eine schöne und ruhige Gegend, aber dennoch ist man mit dem Bus (2 min entfernt) innerhalb von 10 min in Kreuzberg und mit der s bahn (10 min Fußweg) in nur einer Station auf dem Ring und in 2 Stationen am Ostkreuz.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die am allerliebsten das Zimmer nur als Pendlerin nutzt oder ebenfalls einen Vollzeit Job hat.
Zu 50% lebt hier noch meine Hündin (Ruby). Du solltest also natürlich keine Angst vor Hunden haben :)
An den Wochenenden bin ich meist nicht zuhause, da ich sehr viel mit meinem Bike unterwegs bin (auch über Nacht).
Ansonsten wünsche ich mir einfach ein respektvolles Miteinander und vielleicht auch mal gemeinsam kochen oder ein Glas Wein abends auf dem Balkon.
