Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt die man über eine Wendeltreppe erreicht. Unten sind Flur, Bad und mein Zimmer, oben befindet sich die Küche und dein Zimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist 21 qm groß und durch die fünf Fenster hell beleuchtet.
Die Wand die aktuell noch orange ist, wird bei deinem Einzug wieder weiß gestrichen.
Auf dem Gelände des Studentenwohnheims befindet sich zudem ein Waschkeller in dem du günstig deine Wäsche waschen kannst.

The apartment is divided over two floors which can be reached via a spiral staircase. Downstairs are the hallway, bathroom and my room, upstairs is the kitchen and your room.
Your room is 21 square meters big and brightly lit by the five windows.
The wall that is currently still orange will be painted white again when you move in.
There is also a laundry room on the terrain of the student dormitory where you can wash your laundry cheaply

Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim Kellnerweg, welches direkt am Nord-Campus liegt.
Mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Z-Campus und somit auch in der Innenstadt. Dort gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, jedoch lässt sich auch der Tegut oder Aldi in Weende mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 minuten erreichen.

The room is located in the Kellnerweg dormitory, which is located directly on the north campus.
You can get to the Z-Campus within 10 minutes by bus and thus also to the city center. There are plenty of shops there, but Tegut or Aldi in Weende can also be reached by bike within 10 minutes.

Du würdest mit mir, Inessa, zusammenwohnen. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und schreibe kommendes Semester meine Bachelorarbeit in BWL, weshalb das Zimmer auch nur bis zum 31.03.2022 befristet ist.
Ich bin ein offener und unkomplizierter Mensch und würde mich sehr über ein entspanntes Zusammenwohnen freuen.
