Ich suche hier zum 01.09.2020 einen Nachmieter für mein schönes 1 Zimmer Apartment im Schwarzen Berg.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Pantry Küche(ohne Abschlag), die im Oktober 2019 erst neu gekommen ist. Außerdem hat sie ein modernes Badezimmer und eine Abstellkammer/Einbauschrank im Flur.
Es gibt einen ebenerdigen Fahrradkeller, sowie Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen, Trockner und einen Trockenboden.
Von der Wohnung kommt man gut zum Haupt-/Nord-/ und Ostcampus, da man gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist, auch sie Parksituation ist mit eigenen Parkplätzen vor der Tür sehr entspannt.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens so wie der Ölper See sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Mein Vermieter möchte ausschließlich an Studenten vermieten und es ist eine Mietdauer von 6 Semestern gewünscht, diese passt aber auch Optimal für ein Bachelor Studium und gibt beiden Seiten Sicherheit.
