Flur, Küche, 3 Bäder (jeweils 2 Bewohner nutzen ein Bad gemeinsam), Wohnzimmer, Waschküche und Terrasse sind Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit Mitbenutzungsrecht. Alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind voll ausgestattet (u.a. Spülmaschine, Geschirr, 2 Waschmaschinen in der Waschküche).

Es handelt sich um eine 6er-WG, Deine MitbewohnerInnen sind 4 Azubis (3 x m + 1 x w)) unbefristet.

ALLE Möbel müssen im Zimmer bleiben, das ist nicht verhandelbar. Zusätzliche Möbel sind kein Problem, die vorhandenen Möbel dürfen jedoch nicht auseinandergebaut werden.

Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Luginsland oberhalb von Untertürkheim in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle (ca. 5 min. zu Fuß), ruhige, freundliche Wohnsiedlung, öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe vom Haus, Apotheke, Bäcker mit Cafe, Feinkostladen, Metzgerwagen 2 x wöchentlich.

Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min. im Ortskern von Untertürkheim oder in 15 min in Fellbach zum Einkaufen. Es gibt nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt Elektrofahrräder zum Leihen und man kann auch Elektroroller mieten.

Zur S1 nach Stgt/ Stgt-Uni sind es nur 10 min. mit dem Bus, zum Bahnhof Fellbach mit Anschluss zur S2 und S3 sind es 20 min.
Zur Uni sind es ca. 35 min.

Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Für Wanderer oder Radfahrer bietet sich die Lage an, da man nur wenige Meter von den Weinbergen entfernt ist.
Es gibt einen überdachten Fahrradständer und hinter dem Haus eine einladende vollausgestattete Grillterrasse inkl. Holzkohlestandgrill und Sitzgelegenheiten.
