The room contains a bed, desk and a shelf, as well as small cupboards and a walk-in closet/storage room. A washbasin is installed in the front part of the room, which can be separated by a door. The view is amazing, there is a big kitchen for everyone, you will have your own cupboard for food storage in the kitchen and part of the fridge. Bathrooms are seperated in male and female and there is a seperate toilet. Wifi is included, moreover, a parking spot in the garage. Bikes can be stored in the bike garage.
The room is on 10th floor on Waldhäuser-Ost, one of the regions with the highest student rate in Tübingen and with the best bus connection around. A supermarket and the bus stop are 5min away, there is a students bar (highly frequented) next door but on the other side of the building (so it is not noisy).
As we are all studying different things and have different time-tables it is more of a purpose shared flat but every now and than one can find others in the kitchen. As Corona is going on, the flat is emptier than normally so only view of them are around. There is open access washing machines and dryers in the cellar.
As I am doing an internship I will move out of my room earlier than expected and therefore look for someone to move in until the end of september. Starting date is open but the ending date needs to be the 30.09. the latest. Perfect spot to look for a permanent appartment in the city!
