Die Wohnung ist im Maisonetten Stil aufgebaut, sie befindet sich also auf zwei Stockwerken, was die Wohnung sehr attraktiv macht.
Frei werden zwei der drei WG Zimmer, was bedeutet, dass du noch die Wahl zwischen einem 13 QM großen und einem 26 QM großen Zimmer hast. Die Preise liegen warm und incl. allen Nebenkosten bei 230€ und 320€ pro Zimmer.
Gesucht wird bevorzugt zum 01.09.2020.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Frankfurter Platz im Herzen des westlichen Ringgebiets. Anbindung an Verkehrs-, Einkaufs-, und Essensmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig in ein bis zwei Minuten alle erreichbar. Die Infrastruktur rund um den Platz ist sehr angenehm unserer allgemeinen Meinung.
Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 10-15 min erreichbar und die HBK ist gleich um die Ecke.
Zur Zeit leben wir zu dritt in unserer WG, nämlich Lars, Jano und Sonja. Lars und Jano ziehen aus Gründen des Studiums aus der WG, weshalb gleich zwei Zimmer frei werden.
