Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Altbauhauses und hat insgesamt ca. 50 qm Fläche. Die Zimmer haben alle Dachschrägen, dadurch kann man zu den 50 m² ruhig noch etwas dazurechnen. Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und geht mit Blick auf die Alleestraße raus.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer Seitenstraße des ersten Rings. Sowohl Innenstadt als auch Bahnhof sind fußläufig in 10 bis 15 Min. erreichbar. Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in ca. 3 min. Die HSRM und die Hochschule Fresenius sind ebenfalls nah. In der Straße ist es ziemlich ruhig und man bekommt vom Verkehr an der Hauptstraße nichts mit.
Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Jura. Vom Typ her bin ich gesellig, deshalb suche ich keine Zweck-WG und hoffe, als WG viel zusammen unternehmen zu können.
Bin jederzeit für gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie zusammen kochen, die Stadt erkunden oder ausgehen zu haben. Wenn man aber mal seine Ruhe haben will, passt das natürlich auch :)
Die Wohnung wird momentan komplett neu weiß gestrichen, neue Bilder mache ich noch davon.
Zum Haus gehört auch ein Fahrradkeller, solltet du eins mitbringen, kann man es also dort unterstellen.
