Es handelt sich um 2 Zimmer: WG-Zimmer und Badezimmer.
Das WG-Zimmer ist gut geschnitten. Man hat genug Platz für ein Sofa, einen Schreibtisch und einen Fernseher. Auch ein Bücherregal passt ohne Probleme. Ein großes Bett (160x200) findet im hinteren Bereich mit leichter Schräge einen idealen Platz.Die Möbel sind bereits im Mietpreis enthalten. Falls der Wunsch besteht, eigene Möbel mitzubringen, ist dies nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin ebenfalls möglich. Das Zimmer liegt zur Innenhofseite gerichtet. Man hört wirklich NICHTS von der unteren Straße. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig.
Im Mietpreis ebenfalls enthalten ist dein eigenes, persönliches Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Die Wohnung zieht sich über ingesamt 3 Stockwerke. In der untersten Ebene befindet sich dein WG-Zimmer. in der Ebene darüber gibt es eine gemeinsame Küche, Wohnzimmer, eine Terasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick über den Philosophenweg und die Heidelberger Altstadt, dein eigenes Bad und noch ein weiteres WG Zimmer. In der obersten Ebene befindet sich das dritte WG-Zimmer.
There are 2 rooms: shared room and bathroom.
The WG room is well cut. There is enough space for a sofa, a desk and a TV. A bookshelf also fits without problems. A large bed (160x200) is ideal in the rear area with a slight slope, and the furniture is already included in the rent. If you wish to bring your own furniture, this is also possible after consultation with the landlady. The room is facing the inner courtyard. You really hear NOTHING from the lower street. The room is very quiet.
The rent also includes your own personal bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment has a total of 3 floors. On the lowest level there is your shared room. On the level above there is a common kitchen, living room, a terrace with a fantastic view over the Philosophenweg and the old town of Heidelberg, your own bathroom and another shared room. The third WG room is located on the top floor.
Zentraler am jungen Geschehen in Heidelberg kann eine Wohnung wohl nicht liegen: Mitten in der unteren Straße, neben der Destille und dem Betreuten Trinken. Zur Info für Nicht-Heidelberger: die untere Straße ist DIE Kneipen- und Ausgehstraße in Heidelberg. Trotzdem hörst du in deinem Zimmer wirklich nichts von all dem Trubel.
In hoffentlich bald Corona freien Zeiten ist dies die ideale Umgebung, um aktiv zu werden, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und viel Spaß zu haben.
Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt (Tegut) läufst du 3-4 Minuten, bis zur nächsten Haltestelle sind es ebenfalls ca. 3 Minuten. Die Gegend ist voll von Restaurants und Imbissbuden. Falls du nicht der geborene Koch bist und gerne auswärts isst / Essen abholst, wird dir hier ebenfalls kulinarisch nicht langweilig.
Natürlich ist die gesamte Altstadt mit einer der längsten Einkaufsmeilen Europas, den vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr reizend, und bereits innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man bei einem Spaziergang entweder am Schloss oder am Philosophenweg gelandet.
Für das Jogging, Stand Up Paddling oder einfach nur um im Schlauchboot ein paar Biere im Wasser mit wohl einer der besten möglichen Aussichten zu genießen, ist der Neckar in 3 Minuten erreicht. Genauso schnell bist du auch an der alten Brücke.
An apartment could not be more central to the young events in Heidelberg: In the middle of the lower street, next to the distillery and the assisted drinking area. For non-Heidelbergers: the lower street is THE pub and nightlife street in Heidelberg. Nevertheless, you really don't hear any of the hustle and bustle in your room.
In hopefully soon Corona free times this is the ideal environment to get active, meet new people and have a lot of fun.
The next supermarket (Tegut) is a 3-4 minute walk away and the next stop is also about 3 minutes away. The area is full of restaurants and snack bars. If you are not a born cook and like to eat out / pick up food, you will not be bored here either.
Of course, the whole old town is very charming with one of the longest shopping miles in Europe, the many restaurants and shopping facilities, and within 15 minutes you can walk to either the castle or the Philosophers' Walk.
For jogging, stand up paddling or just to enjoy a few beers in the water in a rubber dinghy with probably one of the best possible views, the Neckar can be reached in 3 minutes. Just as fast you are at the old bridge.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr gemeinschaftlich. Wir unternehmen viel zusammen, kochen zusammen, feiern zusammen und beschimpfen uns gerne bei einer Runde Mario Kart . Trotzdem braucht jeder von uns auch mal Zeit für sich, was von allen respektiert wird und durch den Schnitt der Wohnung ebenfalls ohne Probleme möglich ist.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Gunther (37) und eine weitere Mitbewohner / Mitbewohnerin, die du mit aussuchen dürftest.
Gunther ist Intensivpfleger und geht auch gerne mal im Winter mit Neopren im Neckar ein paar Bahnen schwimmen. Er ist ein offener Typ, für jeden Spaß zu haben.
lOur communal life is very communal. We do a lot of things together, cook together, celebrate together and like to call each other names during a round of Mario Kart . Nevertheless, each of us needs some time for himself, which is respected by everyone and is also possible without any problems due to the cut of the apartment.
Your roommates would be Gunther (37) and another roommate, which you could choose.
Gunther is an intensive care nurse and likes to swim a few laps in the Neckar River in winter with neoprene. He is an open-minded guy, to have fun for everyone.

Wir feiern gerne, aber lassen es unter der Woche meist ruhiger angehen.
Noch ein paar Worte zur Wohnung: Die Mindest-Mietdauer beträgt in der Regel ein Jahr. Möbel sind wie erwähnt bereits enthalten. in den 720 € ist wirklich ALLES drin außer GEZ Gebühr. Im Haus gibt es einen Keller, allerdings ist dieser nicht abschließbar.
