Hallo! Wir suchen 2 nette Nachmieter_innen für unsere WG! Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ziehen zum 1.2.2021 aus, ab dem Zeitpunkt wären die Zimmer verfügbar! Es handelt sich um 2 WG Zimmer, eines mit ca. 16 und eines mit ca 20 qm!

Es handelt sich um einen GSG Bau!
Die Lage ist recht zentral, zu Fuß sind es 15 min in die Innenstadt und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 min! Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 5 min zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe!
Wir sind eine Student_innen WG! Es ist aber auch nicht schlimm, wenn du nicht studierst!
Zudem haben wir ab und zu einen großen Hund zu Besuch!
Da es sich bei der Vermietung um die GSG Oldenburg wird ein Wohnberechtigungsschein benötigt!
