I am offering most of a huge bright room in a nice clean apartment that is fully furnished starting dec. 1st.
The apartment is very clean and organized. It is located in Treptow (8 minutes on foot from the sbahn and 2 minutes from a night bus).
We are looking for a new roommate in the apartment for my room. My stuff fills 3 shelves but the rest is empty and I am there about 1 or 2 times a month (I do not sleep there). I John, am an american guy (37) that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I have studied here at the Berlin school of economics and law and am now working in Management, and there are also a couple of people in their 20ies (Girl from Russia In bio science and one more roommate).
They speak mainly English and German and are looking for someone to rent short or long term.
Lage:
The apartment is really clean and very new and the location is good and the room is a furnished, bright, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully outfitted. There are all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, everything you will need here.
It is very close to S-bahn Platanenweg, less than. 30 minutes away from Alexanderplz.
WG-Leben:
We have a shared fridge and sometimes go shopping together, cook together and eat together, but everything is nicely and clearly separated for each resident.

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist in die nächer von S Platanenweg (8 Minuten zu Fuß).
