Bei uns wird in der WG ein schönes helles Zimmer ab 15.12 frei !
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und allem was man sonst noch braucht. Einfach Koffer packen und einziehen :)
Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss (=2.OG) einer Doppelhaushälfte. Im gleichen Geschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Zimmer und ein ein großes Bad. Im gesamten Haus haben wir insgesamt drei Bäder, also wird es morgens nie eng.
Das komplette Haus ist schön renoviert und erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und Keller. Der Bodenbelag in deinem Zimmer ist ein warmer, weicher Teppichboden.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht.
Auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden!
Perfekte Lage in München-Pasing, nur einen Katzensprung vom S-Bahnhof mit ICE-Anschluss, der Tram und einem großen Einkaufszentrum, den Pasing Arcaden entfernt. Vom Haus sind es keine 400 Meter zum Bahnhof, von hier bist du in 10 min am Münchner Hauptbahnhof.
Auch schöne Schlossparks, wie das Schloss Blutenburg oder das Schloss Nymphenburg sind nicht weit weg.
Nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss!
Wir sind aber keine Party-WG, da der Großteil von uns am nächsten Morgen schon wieder früh raus zum Arbeiten/Studieren muss.
Wir kochen ab und zu gerne zusammen oder genießen die Sonne im ruhigen Privatgarten, aber es besteht absolut kein Zwang.
Dadurch, dass das Haus auf über 160m² und drei Etagen aufgeteilt ist, hat jeder auch genug Privatsphäre. Auch durch die drei Bäder (jedes mit Wanne, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Duschvorhang) wird es zu keiner Zeit eng.
Der Zimmer kann entweder langfristig (1 Jahr oder länger) oder als Zwischenmiete bis zum Ende meines Vertrages (31.01.2021) gemietet werden.

Hi everyone!
I'm leaving my room on the 15th of December and i'm looking for someone to replace me.
It's a 14sqm. room in a WG located 5 minutes by foot from Pasing Bf. where you get access to multiple S-Bahn and regional lines (10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof) as well as to the Tram 19 and buses 160, 162, 259, 265, many of which even have night service. You’ll be even closer to the Pasing Arcaden, one of Munich’s biggest malls and there’s pretty much everything you need and more at walking distance.
The room is in a 3-storey Altbau with a bathroom in each floor and a big kitchen. It has a beatiful garden and a garage, a laundry room and a very big Keller to store as much as you want. It’s a big, six people WG but the size of the house makes up for it!
It can either be rented for long term (1 year or more) or as a Zwischenmiete until the end of my contract (31.01.2021)
