Unsere WG löst sich zu Ende Februar auf. Teilweise haben wir schon in neue Wohnung bezogen. Für Januar und Februar suche ich noch Jemanden, der/die auf der Suche nach einem Übergangszimmer ist.
Das Zimmer ist circa 22 qm groß und quadratisch geschnitten. Es hat zwei große Fenster zur Nebenstraße.
Aktuell steht noch ein Sofa und ein Tisch im Zimmer. Weiter Möbel sind nach Absprache möglich.
Es gibt in der WG noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Gästebad und großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Perfekte Lage zwischen Viertel und Hauptbahnhof. Ruhige Nebenstraße mit guter Anbindung (Straßenbahn 3min, Hauptbahnhof 7min).
Verschiede Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ich bin schweren Herzens Anfang Dezember aus der WG aus, nach vielen schönen Jahren. Aktuell wohnen noch Julia und Neele in der Wohnung. Ggf kommt es noch zu weiteren Zwischenmieten.
