Ich suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für ein schönes 21 qm Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, so dass man mit dem Rad in 2-3 Minuten an der Uni oder in die Innenstadt ist. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 1 Minute erreichbar. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind auch sehr gut und euer Fahrrad könnt ihr in den Fahrradkeller stellen.
Die WG ist insgesamt 66 qm groß und hat eine Wohnküche, Bad (Badewanne), Telefon- und Internetanschluß, Fahrradkeller, eigenen Kellerraum, Garten und verfügt sogar über ein kleines Dachstübchen.
Der Einzug ist ab 01.10. möglich.
