The residential area is pleasantly quiet, which makes the common garden behind the house even more beautiful in summer. There are good parking facilities and public transportation such as bus, roads and, S-Bahn are within walking distance (bus: 2 min., tram: 3 min. and S-Bahn: 10 min.). In the neighborhood there are many shopping opportunities such as Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM and Rossmann and in the nearby Skyline Plaza (purchasing centers). Rebstockpark is also a 10-minute walk away. There are some cafés in the Gallus quarter and there are more and more. The proximity to Central Station and Downtown are very comfortable.
Die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig, was den Gemeinschafstgarten hinterm Haus im Sommer noch schöner macht. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, Straßen und, S-Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (Bus: 2 min., Straßenbahn: 3 min. und S-Bahn: 10 min). In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM und Rossmann und im unweit entfernten Skyline-plaza (Einkaufszentrums). Rebstockpark ist auch in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Cafés gibt es im Gallusviertel einige und es kommen immer mehr dazu. Die Nähe zu Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt sind sehr komfortabel.
