Bett in einer Wohngemeinschaft, funktionales Wohnen

Wir suchen ab sofort oder zum 1.4.!

Zu Uns:
Wir sind 6 Leute und bewohnen eine große Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern und Balkon in einem selbstverwalteten Hausprojekt in HH-Wilhelmsburg. Wir haben Platz für 8 Menschen und haben aktuell 2 freie Plätze und perspektivisch werden nochmal 2 Plätze frei.

Wir wohnen funktional, d.h. wir haben keine Privatzimmer sondern teilen uns 1 Arbeitszimmer,
1 Ruhezimmer, 1 Musikzimmer mit Balkon und 2 Schlafzimmer.
Ein Bad sowie eine große Küche die auch als Ess-/Wohnzimmer genutzt wird gibt es natürlich auch.
Du würdest dein eigenes Bett in einem der geteilten Schlafzimmer bekommen.

Wir wünschen uns ein längerfristiges Zusammenleben mit einer weiteren Person, in dem Austausch und regelmäßige Treffen ein wichtiger Bestandteil des gemeinsamen Alltags sind.
Für das Kennenlernen wollen wir uns Zeit nehmen und finden ein Probewohnen ( ein bis zwei Wochen) wichtig.
Wir sind ab sofort offen für Austausch und ein sich Kennenlernen, online, bei einem Spaziergang oder in der WG gucken wir wie es für uns alle gut möglich ist.

We are looking for someone right now or for the 1.4.!

At the moment we are 6 people living at the top floor in a 5 room apartment with balcony of a self organised housing project in HH-Wilhelmsburg. We have space for 8 people and at the moment have 2 free spots and in the future there will be 2 more free spots.

We share all the rooms, meaning there are no privat rooms, which we call ‚functional living‘. There is 1 work room, 1 single time room, 1 music room with balcony and 2 sleeping rooms. A bathroom and a kitchen with additional living-dining room are also not missing. You would be getting your own bed in one of the shared sleeping rooms.

Our wish is to live together for the longer term and to have a shared everyday life where communication and frequent interaction are central. To get to know each other we would like to take some time and we made the experience that it is helpful to take a ‚probationary‘ time (of maybe 1 or 2 weeks, or longer if wished for) with this form of living. This would be possible starting the 1. of march.

Before that we could meet online, at a walk together or in our aparment howsoever is good for all of us.
