Das Zimmer ist ca. 20-23 qm groß und biete somit genug Raum um sich auszubreiten und sich wohl zu fühlen. Da es gleich zwei große Doppelfenster hat, ist zu jeder Tageszeit genug licht. In dem Zimmer mit inbegriffen ist ein großer Schrank, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Falls eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden, können die vorhandenen Möbel in dem Keller getragen werden. Das gilt nicht für den Schrank, da dieser dann voraussichtlich nicht mehr aufgebaut werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 7 Minuten von der nächsten S-Bahn (Schlachtensee) entfernt. Bis zu dem nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Im Sommer kann man innerhalb von 4-5 Minuten Baden gehen, da sich die Wohnung quasi direkt neben dem Schlachtensee befindet.
Es handelt sich um eine Zweck-WG. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass eine freundliches Miteinander nicht auch wichtig ist, aber wer erwartet jeden Abend zusammen zu kochen wird wahrscheinlich enttäuscht sein.
