Da ich durch mein Auslandsemester einige Monate nicht in Köln sein werde, suche ich einen Untermieter*in für meine lichtdurchflutete Wohnung in Zollstock.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum, Bad und Küche (beides separat). Hat 3 große Fenster, sowie je eins in Bad & Küche.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert übergeben.
Die Linie 12 fährt direkt vor der Tür (Gottesweg).
Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Lidl und Dm sind fussläifig in weniger als 5 min erreichbar und der Vorgebirgpark ist auch in 7 min zu erreichen.
Die Untervermietung ist auf 4 - 5 Monate beschränkt, es gibt allerdings die Möglichkeit der Übernahme, falls ich danach eine andere Wohnung gefunden habe. Ein- und Auszugsdatum flexibel.
WLAN müsste übernommen werden (20€/Monat).
Stromkosten belaufen sich auf 31€/ Monat.
