In unserer 85 qm-Wohnung mit Garten biete ich ein gemütliches, minimal möbliertes Zimmer mit 19 qm, Holzboden, 2 Fenstern und eigenem Toilettenraum. Die gemeinsame Küche (mit Spül- und Waschmaschine) liegt nebenan, in die andere Richtung liegen unsere Zimmer, Bad und Garten. Nichtraucher-Wohnung.
In our 85 sqm apartment with garden I offer a cozy, minimalist furnished room with 19 sqm, wooden floor, 2 windows and its own toilet room. The shared kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) is next door, in the other direction are our rooms, bathroom and garden. Non smoking apartment.

Außer uns (Frau und Halbzeit hier wohnender Jugendlicher) gibt es 3 wohnungsfreilaufende Kaninchen (müssen nicht in alle Zimmer ;) Ich arbeite im Bereich Architektur und Körperarbeit, spiele täglich Gitarre und bin oft im Garten.
Wir suchen jemanden, der es auch eher ruhig mag und trotzdem kein Problem mit gelegentlicher Toberei hat, und der unbedingt ein gesundes Maß an Raum- und Selbsthygiene halten kann.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, also gerne auch mal zusammen essen, in der Küche quatschen oder im Garten chillen, aber Rückzug und Türenzu gehört auch dazu – wie's halt ist im echten Leben! Wir sind sehr WG-erfahren, auch mit Altersunterschied in jede Richtung.
Besides us (woman and teenager half-time living here) there are 3 rabbits that roam free in the apartment (don't have to go into all rooms ;) I work in architecture and bodywork, play guitar daily and am often in the garden.
We are looking for someone who also likes it rather quiet but is also fine with occasional romping, and who can absolutely maintain a healthy level of room and self hygiene.
We like it familiar, so if it fits we sometimes enjoy eating together, chat in the kitchen or chill in the garden, but retreat and closing doors is also part of it - as it is in real life! We are very WG experienced, also with age difference in any direction.
