Dieses tolle und super ruhige Apartment besticht mit der vollständigen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung, den hohen Decken mit Dachfenstern (die sich öffnen lassen), dem kleinen Balkon und dem Loftfeeling.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, da der Erstbezug 2020 stattgefunden hat. Somit handelt es sich um einen Neubau jedoch mit den typischen Altbau-Merkmalen. Der (am Morgen) sonnige Balkon und die Dachfenster fluten das Apartment mit Licht - auch in Berlins langem Winter.
Die Wohnung wird zur Zwischenmiete, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (auch Internet), sowie vollständig möbliert angeboten. Daher bitten wir um einen pfleglichen Umgang und auch die Pflanzen benötigen ab und an eine pflegende Hand (Wasser! :)). Da Zwischenmiete - keine Anmeldung möglich!

This great and quite flat captivates with its complete and tasteful furnishings, the high ceilings with skylights, the small balcony, and the loft feeling.
The flat is in very good condition, as it was first occupied in 2020. Thus, it is a new building but with the typical features of an old building, the high ceilings. The sunny balcony (in the morning) and the skylights flood the flat with light.
The flat is offered for interim rent, including all utilities (also internet), as well as fully and beautifully furnished. Therefore, we ask for careful handling, and also the many plants need a caring hand (water! :)) from time to time.
Im Herzen von Kreuzberg gelegen, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Biocompany, Bäcker, etc.) sowie Cafés, Bars und Restaurants leicht und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Schlesisches Tor (ca. 3 Min) sowie die S - und U -Bahnhaltestelle (ca. 10 Min) WarschauerStraße sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Located in the heart of Kreuzberg, shopping facilities (Rewe, Biocompany, bakery, etc.) as well as cafés, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The underground station Schlesisches Tor (approx. 3 min) and the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Warschauer Strasse (approx. 10 min) are also in the immediate vicinity.
Anmeldung ist jedoch leider nicht möglich (da wir weiter gemeldet bleiben müssen und bei kleinen Apartments nicht mehrere Personen gemeldet sein können).
Wir freuen uns auf Deine Anfrage und sind gerne bereit eine Besichtigung zu gewärleisten :)
