A very cozy, clean and above all very sunny, bright room in our apartment, furnished with bed and storage compartments, wardrobe and drawers, sitting area, work corner with desk and swivel chair. Shower bathroom with shower, WC, sink, kitchen with use, washing machine (je1x2€), bed linen can be provided (mtl. 20 €). A piano in the living room can be played and the guitar is happy with string units as well as the cat.
There is free morning sun until afternoon, no vis-a-vis. It is a very quiet side street with beautiful old buildings and green backyards. There are many books on reading and tips about Leipzig and the Leipzig cultural life, who wants this.
From time to time as you need it and everything fits. We're not a hotel, i.e. room and bathroom cleaning, but you know that. For spontaneous extensions we are open when it fits.

Ein sehr gemütliches, sauberes und vor allem sehr sonniges, helles Zimmer in unserer Wohnung, möbliert mit Bett und Stauraumfächern, Garderobenecke mit Schrank und Schubladen, Sitzecke, Arbeitsecke mit Schreibtisch und Drehstuhl. Duschbad mit Dusche , WC, Waschbecken, Küchenmitnutzung, Waschmaschine (je1x2€), Bettwäsche kann gestellt werden (mtl. 20 €). Ein Klavier im Wohnzimmer darf bespielt werden und die Gitarre freut sich über Streicheleinheiten ebenso wie der Kater.
Es gibt gratis Morgensonne bis nachmittags, kein vis-a-vis. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Seitenstrasse mit schönen Altbauten und grünen Hinterhöfen. Es gibt viele Bücher zum Lesen und Tipps zu Leipzig und dem Leipziger Kulturleben,wer das möchte.
Von der Dauer her so wie ihr es braucht und alles passt. Wir sind kein Hotel- d.h. Zimmer und Bad putzen... aber das kennt ihr ja. Für spontane Verlängerungen sind wir offen, wenn es passt.

Super central but still quiet, location. Very fast you can walk on foot or by bike to the center of Augustusplatz - or 4 stop short distance(saving)- to the center - or by bus, train to other districts or by S-Bahn even further away or quickly to the city. Several supermarkets- Rewe, Aldi, Norma, ice cream, several bakers, several pharmacies etc., pubs, snacks and a popular large park are within walking distance to recover with lots of culture. Other parks and a small forest are also nearby, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and the landmark of Leipzig.
No no-go-area- everything well inhabited and illuminated by barracks, shops etc.
Super zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige, Lage. Sehr schnell geht es zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ins Zentrum- Augustusplatz - bzw. 4 Haltestellen-Kurzstrecke(sparen)- ins Zentrum -oder mit Bus, Bahn in andere Stadtteile oder mit der S-Bahn noch weiter weg bzw. schnell in die City. Mehrere Supermärkte- Rewe, Aldi, Norma, Eiscafes,mehrere Bäcker, mehrere Apotheken etc., Kneipen, Imbisse und ein beliebter großer Park befindet sich fußläufig zum Erholen mit viel Kultur. Weitere Parks und ein kleiner Wald sind auch in der Nähe, ebenso ein Freibad sowie das Wahrzeichen von Leipzig.
Kein no-go-area- alles gut bewohnt und beleuchtet von Staßenlaternen, Geschäften etc.
We are a small professional study WG; the "Gäste-Besuchs-WG room" is free. We are quiet, nice people and look forward to good conversations about all the topics that exist in this crazy world.
A piano in the living room is happy to be used and played, as well as a guitar. All kinds of books are on the shelf and can be read.
The living area is very green and full of culture. No no-go-area here. All safe and lit in the evening.
Wir sind eine kleine Berufstätigen-Studien-WG; das "Gäste-Besuchs-WG Zimmer" ist frei. Wir sind ruhige, nette Menschlein und freuen uns über gute Gespräche über alle Themen, die es so in dieser verrückten Welt gibt.
Ein Klavier im Wohnzimmer freut sich genutzt und bespielt zu werden, ebenso eine Gitarre. Allerhand Bücher unterschiedlichster Themen stehen im Regal und dürfen gern gelesen werden.
Das Wohnumfeld ist sehr grün und voller Kultur. Kein no-go-area hier. Alles sicher und abends beleuchtet.

A balcony with many plants and flowers (especially in summer) invites you to relax. All-hand books are on the shelf and can be read.

Ein Balkon mit vielen Pflanzen und Blumen (vor allem im Sommer) lädt zum Entspannen ein. Allerhand Bücher stehen im Regal und dürfen gern gelesen werden.
Wir freuen uns, wenn wir erfahren mit wem wir es eine Weile zu tun haben.
