All 6 rooms are completely furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc.) Bed linens are included. Room sizes ranging from 10 to 18 square meters. Each room has a minimum of 2 windows, wood laminate floors and a locking door.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum direkt neben den Wallanlagen. Bis in die Innenstadt und zur Schlachte die und zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn ca. 15 Minuten und zur Hochschule 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Supermärkte wie z.B. REWE, LIDL, Edeka und Aldi sind in ca. 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Bahnhofsvorstadt: Großstadt-Flair zwischen Bahnhof und Wall
Die Bahnhofsvorstadt besitzt alles andere als Vorstadt-Charakter, denn in dem zentralen Ortsteil sind ständig Menschen unterwegs, vom Pendler bis zum Partygänger: Die Gegend ist nämlich nicht nur Durchreisestadtteil und Übergang zur Altstadt, sondern auch Ziel für Club- und Kultur-Interessierte.
Sowohl die Einkaufspassagen der City als auch der Wochenmarkt am Domshof sind zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Außerdem kann man im Bio-Supermarkt an der Faulenstraße oder und an der Grenze zur östlichen Vorstadt, Auf den Häfen, einkaufen.

The apartment is located in the city center directly next to the park, “Wallanlagen”. There are great jogging paths by the water. The city center, main train station, cinema and the Schlachte are just minutes away by foot. There are multiple public transportation options 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment. The University is approximately 15 minutes by tram and the Hochschule is around 5 minutes by bike. Supermarkets, such as Edeka, LID, Aldi and Alnatura (organic foods) are all within 5-10 minutes. There is a Farmer’s Market in the Marktplatz Monday-Saturday.
