Hallo ihr Lieben,
Das Zimmer ist 9 m² groß und mit seinem Fenster zur Südseite sehr hell und kann auf Wunsch möbliert oder unmöbliert überlassen werden. Die Räume zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung beinhalten ein Bad und eine möblierte Küche und eine Abstell- bzw. Speisekammer. Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Außerdem haben wir in den Kellerräumen einen Wäsche- und einen Fahrradkeller, sowie einen extra Kellerraum.

The room is 9 m² large and oriented towards the south side and is therefore quite luminous. Depening on your needs, we can provide you some furniture or leave you the room unfurnished. Shared rooms would be the bathroom, a storage room and the fully equiped kitchen. There is a washing maschine and a dishwasher. Furthermore, in the cellar we have a drying room for the clothes, anoter room for your bike, and an additional room for storage.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und daher sehr ruhig. Das Auto kannst du gegebenenfalls am Straßenrand abstellen. Es gäbe auch die Möglichkeit einen eigenen Parkplatz zu mieten.
Die Wohnung gehört zum Stadtteil Ellenerbrock-Schevemoor in Bremen Ost. Das Zentrum ist in 25 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen, die auch im 10-Minuten-Takt fährt. Zur Uni Bremen kommt man in ca. 30 Minuten sowohl mit den ÖPNV oder als auch mit dem Fahrrad. Daimler ist 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.
The flat is in a dead-end street and therefore in a quite calm location, in the quarter Ellenerbrock-Schevemoor, in the east of Bremen. The city center can be reached in 25 minutes taking the tram, the Uni Bremen can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes using either public transport or the bike. The Mercedes factory can be reached in 10 minutes. The tram leaves every 10 minutes, so its not very complicated to come around.
Cars can be parked at the side on the street, there are always some spots free.
Ich verlasse schweren Herzens diese Wohnung. Zurück bleiben José und seine zwei Hunde Pati und Gordo. José arbeitet, ist Spanier und ist lebt sich gerade in Deutschland ein. Wenn Du also dein Spanisch auffrischen willst, hast Du hier jemanden gefunden. Er selbst ist fleißig am Deutsch lernen und freut sich, wenn er mit jemanden üben kann.
Da es sich fast um eine WG-Neugründung handelt, könnt ihr es unter euch ausmachen, wie Ihr das WG-Leben am liebsten gestalten wollt.
You will share your flat with José, and another flatmate which also will arrive in September. There will also be his two dogs Pati and Gordo. José is working, comes from Spain and is now setteling in in Germany. As there is only one person staying and two new people coming, it will be practically a new WG :)
