I have recently graduated from my studies in Berlin and I am working here since 5 months. Since I am planning to stay here for at least 3 years, I am looking for a long-term, 1+1 furnished/unfurnished flat around the districts in central-east Berlin (like prenzlauer, kreuzberg, etc). My max budget is 1000 EUR, and I would prefer at least 45m2 of space.
I am not a party animal and I have allergies for home dust/moulds/spores, so I can assure you that I will take a good care of your apartment. :) I can provide all the necessary documents for eligibility.
